The Honest Kitchen Force dog food is designed for dogs with sensitive stomachs and chronic ailments related to the consumption of glutinous grains. It’s good for dogs of all life stages. Based the nutritional profile of the Force dog food, this is a high quality food.
The Honest Kitchen Force Dog Food: First Five Ingredients Analysis:
- Hormone-free chicken
- Organic Flaxseed
- Potatos
- Celery
- Sweet Potatoes
Hormone-Free Chicken is the first ingredient, and accounts for the majority of the protein in this food.
Organic Flaxseed is the second ingredient, and is considered a high quality seed that is rich in Omega 3′s which help support your dog’s joint health.
Potato is the third ingredient in the food and provides carbohydrates for your dog.

The Honest Kitchen Force Dog Food – Daily Feeding Guidelines:
Hydrate with fresh, warm water. After hydration, a process that takes just 5 to 10 minutes, these foods should be consumed right away. Any leftover food should be treated like fresh food, and refrigerated up to 48 hours or discarded.
The following daily amounts (DRY quantity) should be adjusted to suit your individual dog’s requirements, which vary according to age, breed and level of daily activity.

A full standard US Measuring Cup of dehydrated food (which is 8 oz by volume or 4 oz by weight) will hydrate to make about 1lb of fresh food.

Just a heads up people! I just found out that the honest kitchen uses ingredients from china, thailand, and the philippines. It’s not all a US product. So beware!
Honest Kitchen products are now China free
Nutrition Note: Celery contains folate which is essential for the production and maintenance of new cells as well as providing Potassium which helps control our nerves and muscles. It is a natural source of calcium, magnesium and vitamin.
( The Honest Kitchen will source celery from North America beginning August, 2010. Previously, celery was sourced from US operated farms in China, Europe and North America.)

Hey Rick-congratulations!!!! Did you really have to post this message on every formula that Honest kitchen makes??? Don’t get me wrong-it is an excellent food but,holy crap!!!!!
