Why am I getting this when I try to post....

I tried to reply to a post. I used the quote option. When I tried to post the question a box came up saying I have to write at least 10 words or something like that before I could post it . Why is that?
I tried to show what it was but I think the pic was too small for anyone to see what it was.

A post must have at least 10 characters in it. Don't know why. That's just the way it is.

I think you might be accidentally writing your message inside my message's quote box, thus making your reply appear to be nothing but the quote! So you just have to make sure you are writing after the last thing that reads "[/quote]"
