    Default Mod Avatar Size

How come Moderators have such itty bitty avatar size restrictions? Is there a purpose for it? I think it should be the same, I can hardly see my dogs in my avatar.

I really miss seeing pictures of Grissom! and if you actually do still own him, post up some pictures of him!

I was only thinking the same thing the other day. There's just something about Grissom I loved, he's a cutie. I miss seeing his happy little face round the place!

Guys...she rehomed him. It wasn't an easy decision for her. I'm sure she misses Grissom much more than anyone else! Let's try not to remind her of the rough decision she had to make... Maybe ask her privately for pictures.

I thought she said in a recent post that she still owned him but he didn't live with her?

She may still own him...but that is not my point. She still misses him terribly and if it were me, it would suck to be reminded of it on public forum.

I may be way off base and she doesn't mind being reminded of him but if it were me it'd just make me sad...?

I apologise as well, would hate to upset anyone . In fact, it could make her feel good knowing that some others on here do have such a soft spot for him. That he's not simply gone and forgotten. I still think he is/was the poster child of raw feeding.

    I'm here to clarify:
We had a situation with Grissom and my apartment management, and they would not allow me to keep him here. Rachel took him in for a year, but had a friend that loves Corgis, and was thinking about getting one, and as Griss would be happier being an only dog, I allowed him to go there for the year, instead.
As of right now, we are trying to keep an open mind on what will happen this summer when we buy a house. I want him back, but at the same time, he's adjusted incredibly well, and his foster parents are absolutely in love with him, just like I am. It would be crul of me to displace him yet again, if in reality he's happier there.
For the time being, it's incredibly painful to log in and see his face every day, so I removed it. It may sound childish, it was just yet another reminder that he's not going to be home when I get there.

I am eternally thankful, though, that his foster parents have loved him so much. I'd like to think that he's coming back to me Summer 2011, but I won't do it to him, nor his foster parents, if everyone is better off.
    Hope that clarifies the situation.

ETA: I regularly get to see updates and new pictures of how he's doing: Here's some eye candy, of a happy Grissom.
