Unhappy Why is my Avatar so tiny?

So, when I upload it I know it's supposed to re size to smaller, but it's making it sooo much smaller than before, and so much smaller than everyone elses. What the heck am I doing wrong?

Where are you taking it from? Off the Internet someplace?

    uploading from PC

ETA: I've tried multiple pics, of multiple sizes, taken with two different cameras, and it takes them down to the same size every time. :( i even uploaded my old one back, and it made that one tiny too.

It appears the forum restricts avatars to a max of 80px wide or 80px high now...

Methinks the mystery admin has been messing around with the forum settings recently

Good luck. We've been trying to get him to make changes for months now including activating the Doggy of the Month forum...

It's sad that he owns such a powerful community and does nothing to help it become stronger. (I even offered to buy the site off of him since it isn't something he obviously cares about... he declined )

pffffffft. Well this is serious business. I just can't sleep at night with a tiny avatar that does not even come close to showing off Annie's awesomeness.

This site gives you pretty big avatars. Click on Shrink Avatars Tool. It's what I use everytime.

    Default Mystery admin

Hey it's the mystery admin here - working on a fix. I haven't changed anything. I'm going to update the entire forum to the newest version of Vbulletin next week so I am hoping that fixes the avatar size issue.

Feel free to email at any time, I'll do my best to help.

    Thanks

    Adam
