deleting posts sent to email

Hi can someone delete or cancel posts or info from going to my email or tell me how thanks.

Go to settings, up in the top right hand corner, then scroll down and find "General settings" under "My account" over to the left hand side. Then you will find the option to turn subscriptions to control panel only rather then sending to email!
