How do I stop the emails?

Will someone please tell me how I can stop the emails from coming? It seems that everytime someone posts a new thread and/or someone responds to that thread I receive it in my email. I've tried contacting the site admin, but no response. Thanks.

Sorry you are having problems. Here is what you do.
1. Select USER CP from the top of the screen.
2. Select EDIT OPTIONS from the left column of the screen.
3. Find the section DEFAULT THREAD SUBSCRIPTION MODE.
4. Select NO EMAIL NOTIFICATION from the drop down box in that section.
5. Go to the bottom of the screen and click SAVE CHANGES.
