Default Cheapest place for quail and mice online?

Preferably somewhere on the east coast, northeast would be even better, so the shipping doesn't kill me!

We've looked into rodentpro.com for small whole prey for our cat. The thing is you have to buy in very large quantity to make it affordable...which means you've got to have the freezer space for it. Good luck, I haven't had much luck finding alternatives!

On the east coast? I'd recommend Hare Today, Gone Tommorow. (Pennsylvania) She has all kinds of blends, grinds, and whole prey available. Excellent quality and will arrive frozen hard as a rock. I highly recommend. May not be the cheapest .... But definitely one of the best suppliers out there.

Thank you for your suggestions. I have heard great things about both of those sources from several others so I think I'll give them a whirl eventually.

If you search on your State's game & inland fisheries website you should be able to find a list of people who have licenses to raise and farm quail. You might even find one very close to where you are. That's where people who train pointers will find sources for quail for their dogs...
