Ok, After posting this I see Dane Mama has a sticky. Oops. I was looking at a couple different sources and I can see the importance of variety.
So I want to know what has folic acid? Don't dogs need this?

Folic Acid is also known as vitamin b9. It is found in beef, buffalo, chicken, egg, goat, haddock, lamb, liver, ostrich, pork, rabbit, salmon, sardine.
Not sure if folic acid does the same things in dogs as it does it people, but in people it helps with normal cell regeneration, helps with blood, and some other stuff lol.
