Ok, After posting this I see Dane Mama has a sticky. Oops. I was looking at a couple different sources and I can see the importance of variety.

So I want to know what has folic acid? Don't dogs need this?

Search the USDA Nutrient Database for Standard Reference

Folic Acid is also known as vitamin b9. It is found in beef, buffalo, chicken, egg, goat, haddock, lamb, liver, ostrich, pork, rabbit, salmon, sardine.

Not sure if folic acid does the same things in dogs as it does it people, but in people it helps with normal cell regeneration, helps with blood, and some other stuff lol.

Here is where I found the info:
Nutrients, Vitamins and Minerals in a Raw Diet - BoxerHub
magicre, xellil and Scarlett_O' like this.
PitaPata - Personal picturePitaPata Dog tickers

    Raw fed since August 19, 2011 :)
