I am guessing he wants to pay you for the meat AND prep(since he is so squeamish I'm guessing he won't be buying cases of heart, necks and such!!LOL)

So I would say a few cents on the pound (with him buyimg you the baggies)paid either per week or month, depending on what you need to be able to get to meat!

How I have done it in the past when prepping for other people is put feeding amounts into cheaper fold top baggies, then put how ever many of those you can fit in to larger gallon sized baggies. That way say it is 5, he pulls that large Baggie out, has 5 meals worth feeds them as directed and tosses the little baggies and re-freezes the now empty large Baggie and brings to you to use for the next fill up!!

That is what I've done in the past, and when i start doing it for multipul people i will add on a charge of $.10/.20 per pound depending on how hard their meals are and if I know and like the person!!
