Default veal heart and pancreas.... how much is ok?

A grocery store near my place had veal pancreas And heart on sale for $2.00 a pound.... which is actually quite cheap here.... I got about 10lbs or each and am wondering if I should go grab a ton more! Can you give pancreas on a regular basis? I just haven't seen it in stores before. I know my girls LOVE venison and beef hearts so can I feel a good amount of that too? Thanks! :)

I would feed both of them on a regular basis if possible, once a week or two probably.

Just remember that heart meat and pancreas are both very rich so feed them in small quantities!

Thanks! I'll make sure to start small and see how they do with it!

Beef heart is a staple in our house. I did make the mistake of feeding it as a whole meal the first time and, while Buck's poo only went slightly softer than normal, Dude left me a nice, beef heart colored stain in my living room that took a few days to get out of the carpet. Definitely start smaller with that. We feed beef heart and chicken backs for either every other meal or half and half now that they can handle it.
