That would be a RubIt tag clip!!!! It is the BEST THING EVER. :D I got it when I was on a Ski trip in North Carolina, but you can buy them on their website - I have the Large Round Clip, but they have many to choose from.

I've been meaning to ask you, what is that blue attachment you have on Harleigh's collar/tag and where did you get it?
