Yeah the BBQ sauce I used is a rib sauce, so its more of a marinade than an actual sauce. But I sometimes order stuff from a website in Australia called USA Foods, so I might get a couple of bottles of buffalo wing sauce and see how that goes :) and I'll try it with less cheese, I think thats why it was SO oily haha. I wish my slow cooker had a timer, would make things heaps easier!
Hmm, my cheesy bacon chicken attempt is somewhat of a fail... haha. I think I did too much cheese, it's VERY oily/watery... and I did it while I was at work, so I couldnt stir it, and the sauce burned to the edges... we'll still eat it, it tastes alright, but I think I'll have to give it another go with less cheese and more stirring lol. I did it on low heat for about 7 hours. How does yours usually turn out? is the sauce thick, etc?
