Hi re,
I was shopping for the seeds for your seed mix today (not because Dobby really neeeeeeeds it, but I thought it might make him even shinier! haha) and didn't have a lot of luck. I found sesame seeds, but couldn't find if they were raw or not. Anyway, I'm going to look online for everything. But, I did find Chia seeds. There were Black Chia seeds and White Chia seeds. Which ones should I get? Thanks!!

aw, liz, that's awesome...ya know what would be nice? an updated price list...the one i have is from 2010, i think.

i will probably be ready for plymouth poultry in september....right now, i'm broke from getting salmon oil which better work....and venison trim and hearts that i split with carol and rhiannon.

Ok...So Im VERY interested in starting to eat like you, with getting a job I might have an extra $50 or so to spend on food....and would LOVE to start feeling good about what I eat! Do you think you would be able/willing to help me make the leap?:D
