This is what I use with Duncan....so far it works great.

Well, Duncan's new diet isn't going as well as I had hoped. His last urinalysis showed that he once again has urate crystals in his urine as well as protein. So, I am now trying to tweak his diet again. My worst fear is that barf/raw isn't going to work for him. My next step is to look into home cooking......

Isn't it crazy how big of a difference raw vs. kibble is. If I hadn't of seen the results with my own eyes I would have thought a person was crazy when telling me about it.

I can't believe he's only 5 months, he looks much older and bigger then what Khan looked like @ 5 months.
I noticed in a post that you may be moving to Portland. That would be great! We have stayed away from the dog parks cuz there are way to many irresponsible people with their dogs. We have "play dates" with the dogs from our training class. Khan is really not interested in the dogs anyway. He would much rather just have people pay attention to him!

It is so nice to not have to worry about kibble anymore! I love it. And, raw is so easy.

I switched Duncan (and Lucky) to raw a month after we got him. He was itching all the time and had two ear infections back to back. Plus, his poop on kibble was H U G E!! So, we went to raw and I haven't looked back since...and never will. He is doing great and so is Lucky. Lucky is 11 and made the transition beautifully! She loves raw! Duncan is now 5 months old and close to 55 pounds. He is my big boy. :0)

They are doing very well. He really packed on the pounds when we went to RAW @ 5 months (avg 10+ lbs a month) but since he hit about the 11-12 month mark, he has all but stopped! I had him in at the end of Aug. and he was about 105-107. Not sure what he weighs now. probably not much more. He sure is doing well on this diet. Other then the occasional red eyes from environmental irritants, his ears and skin are perfectly clear!
Must be a load off to not worry about where to get the kibble from. I ended putting everyone on this too. Just easier and I think it's less expensive then the kibble.

You sound like you've been busy! Wow! I know, I can't believe it's already October too. Crazy.
How are your "kids"? I bet Khan is HUGE! Are you still feeding raw?
Yup...we feed Prey Model Raw now! And love it! Both Lucky and Duncan are doing wonderful on it.

Been a crazy summer. Started a new job, had some family visits, and all of a sudden it's now October!
So are you feeding RAW to the "kids"
