Hey I hope you dont mind my asking but where about in Southern California are you? My parents are east of San Diego and cant seems to find ANYWHERE that sells different cuts for a decent price, and cant find green tripe ANYWHERE!!:( So I told my Mum I would help her out as much as I can being far away!:)

I do get pretty tired of some of the drama on here, but if you do what I do and read what is interesting to you and only make a comment on what you have an opinion about, then just ignore RFD when he gets over the top and ClayBuster is another one who does the same thing. This is a place where people learn new things and share their opinions. I hope you stick with us and post every now and then! :)
