That can certainly be done. Would you want solid brown and solid cream? There are lots of army prints that are available...not sure if you would want that for either the base or the trim.

The coat would be made of exclusively polar fleece, double layer. I use a reinforced stitch, so it lasts longer. Bailey and Emmy wore their's all winter and they held up just fine.

With the measurements you gave me I would say a medium coat would fit just right and cost would be $45. If you would prefer a sherpa lining it would be a bit more.

Bigger is always better than too small...He sounds to be about as big as Emmy. Do you have any thoughts to what colors or paterns you would want? I can do pretty much anything under the sun...

Did you see the goofy picture of my dogs? Poor Leo doesn't get to go to daycare anymore because he's shown some agression, we are in private lessons for now once a week to hopefully work that out. You never know whats happened to a rescue! We aren't sure if he's protecting his sister or what, but it always happens whens she's around. Hope to hear from you soon.

Owens really cute, I have full brother and sister bull terriers, 17 months old, my female Cayenne is a brindle and I've had her since she was 9wks old, Leo is white w/blk on ears and I rescued him when he was 11 months old, we are his 3rd owners. They are lots of fun, but having 2 is like having 5.
