Hi, I just found your site while looking for information on raw feeding co-ops for a friend. I thought I would stick around for a while :)

I have two dogs, Brandy (black lab) and Grizzelda (Border Terrier). Both were my dog guide foster pups was back when they were puppies.

Brandy was dq'd when they discovered an issue with her elbow. Luckily, it's never given her problems but she does have arthritis in both front legs. She'll be 7 in December and she's definitely my heart dog.

Grizzelda was my second pup from dog guides. She didn't get disqualified but she has such an awesome temperament that they placed her in the breeding program so she got to come home too. Luckily, before they successfully bred her a new director took over the program and he doesn't like terriers. So she became my 2nd forever dog :)

Brandy and Grizz are both raw-fed. Brandy is active in dockdiving. Grizzelda does agility, rally-o and lure coursing.

I'm on the board of a brand new rescue in New Orleans - NOLA Lab Rescue We're a very (VERY) small rescue - in fact, at this point we only have one foster home. We're hoping that will change soon.

So that's me and my girls in a nutshell. Hope to get to know you all better.
