Hi and welcome.
We'd love to hear a little bit more about you. What kind of dog(s) do you own? What are you currently feeding?
I hope you find this forum as helpful as I do!![]()

Well I have 5 GSD's I feed Eukanuba right now but wanting to switch to TOTW or Blue Buffalo but not sure so I have been on the net for about 3 days trying to figure out which one is the best. The more I read the more confused I get. LOL. so I am here to get some help.
Hello and welcome! Hope you learn as much as you can here, definitely plenty of people here to happily help!
Hi! I am mom to a rescued German Shepherd named Jody. I can't think of anything better than 5 German Shepherds. They are my favorite!
How is are you GSD's doing on dog food/kibble? Jody never took to it well and always had real soft, large stools. I finally switched her over to a raw meat diet (PMR bones/meat/organ) and she has gained weight beautifully.
Where are you in Missouri? We are in Overland Park, Kansas. Have fun reading through all the past and presents posts it is fun. I think you'll learn there are more affordable foods than Eukanuba that are much better for your dogs. Don't hesitate to ask for suggestions...we love talking dog food whether kibble, homecooked, or raw.
ETA: I would love to see some pictures of your GSD's.

I live in Poplar Bluff,Mo. and my dogs do very well on Eukanuba but they itch, and shed a lot, not itch to where they do damage but still itch. They have very nice coats and hold their weight very well, stools are normal. I would like to feed a food that is better for them.
I have nothing against RAW but really not in the cards for me at this moment. So that is why I am here to get some help.
The shedding would not be a big deal BUT they all live in my house so that is ALOT of hair.![]()

Hello and welcome! I currently feed TOTW and have had very good results. There are many kibbles to choose from and this is the right place to find answers to your questions.![]()
Thank you for all the welcome
which flavor of the TOTW do you use? Also it dose not say anything about feeding to a pregnant or nursing female or at what age to start your puppy on them.(I guess the all life stages means that it is fine to feed this food durning those times). and do you give your dogs anything else with it. I know that with a good food that you should not have to, but I sometimes give my dogs cottage cheese and other things like that for a treat.
I used to give them can food mixed with the dry and warm water, I think more to make me feel better then them but I just do dry food now, they were putting on the weight.
I am leaning more towards the Wetlands but what about Glucosamine/Chondroitin?? DO you give them??
