Has anyone ever tried ACANA Prairie Harvest Dog food and what do you think of it? What do you think of the ingredients:
Ingredients: Chicken meal, russet potato, fresh free-range chicken, peas, chicken fat (preserved with mixed tocopherols and rosemary), fresh walleye, pumpkin, fresh whole eggs, sun-cured alfalfa leaf, fresh northern Lake Whitefish, chicken cartilage (a natural source of glucosamine and chondroitin), red delicious apples, carrots, turnip greens, organic kelp, organic bladderwrack, organic dulse, juniper berries, cranberries, Saskatoon berries, angelica root, chicory root, red clover, red raspberry leaf, dandelion root, peppermint leaf, marigold flowers, chamomile flowers, rosemary extract, Enterococcus faecium. The protein & the fat are in equal percentages at 35% each. While the protein part doesn't bother me, the high fat content does seem rather high.

Thanks for pointing that out. I meant to say is that 35% of the calories were from fat, which I thought was kind of on the high side.

Its grain free & 17% fat content seems like a great food! I would get this! They have diffrent types of this food also. Who manufactures this food? I have to find that out. Do the specialty pet stores carry this I have not seen it at the two I go to.

Its a relatively new line made by Champion Pet foods, though they've been making regular Acana for a while
