    Default Hello from a newcomer

    Hi to everyone,
Im really new to all this jazz. Wat I really hope to extract from my time spent on the forums is to obtain better understand of doggy nutrition. I've got a great dane and a boarder collie/german shepard. I'm already big on human nutrition and I'm hoping to expand my knowledge in dog dietetics.
See y'all in the forums soon!

You have come to the right place to learn all about canine nutrition. We've got some really knowledgable people here on kibble, home cooked, and raw diets for dogs.
Are you interested in processed foods, or whole food diets? If you would like to learn more about processed commercial dog foods mosey on over to our kibble/canned food section and learn everything you need to know!
If you're looking for advice on home cooking or BARF style feeding, then you'll want to head on over to the sub forum under raw.
Our largest and most active section is the raw section of the forum, which focuses on a species-appropriate diet consisting of meat, bones, and organs from a variety of animals. Many of us are certain this is the optimum way of feeding our pet carnivores and have witnessed great results, even life-saving in some cases.
