So ....after a long debate i've decided to let her go. My friend got into a pretty bad accident 2 months ago and after my wife and I visited him in the hospital she got really spooked out about me riding, she was getting really upset when I rode and in good conscious I can't do that to her.
Since buying the house almost 2 years ago i've barely ridden besides to and from work, and most of my friends sold theirs, so I have no one to ride with anyway. I could use the money to pay off some debt and it will get us closer to opening up a restaurant.
But after all the pros and cons I still don't want to let it go, i'm sure i'll get another one down the road, but
2007 Triumph Daytona 675 Scorched Yellow
We sold our two bikes when our first son came along.......somehow life always interfers with the 'toys'. They weren't as fancy as yours, (dirt bikes) but fun still the same. Good luck selling it.
I'll take it!!! I love the Daytonas...just need extra cash laying aroud! Life canges all the time and the next thing will come along that occupies your time. I hardly ride anymore either, mostly just the track now. It's just not fun to me to ride the street anymore
Good luck with selling it!
Thanks ...I got one hit so far, the market is kind of flooded right now and it seems like not much is selling.
I'm sure i'll get something else down the road, it just sucks having to get rid of this one![]()
I had to get rid of mine last summer because I was not riding it at all. The BF doesn't ride, and I couldn't look at it sitting in the garage. I miss it every day, and I'm afraid I will never like a bike as much as I liked my last one.![]()
What kind did you have?
I have a red Western Flyer with coaster breaks. It's only a one speed. And it's probably around 50 years old. Still works great if you don't mind peddling.![]()
I have a Rocky Mountain and Kona. You need to pedal them to make them go, but they sure are fun!
