Ruffwear recall.

So I bought both my boxers the headwaters collars from ruffwear a few months ago and have absolutely loved them but recently there was a recall on them and they are going to refund everyones money that purchased these collars. I really like ruffwears products but trying to deal with their customer service has been impossible. I am getting so angry with them that I am thinking of not buying anything else from them ever again eventhough they have the dog backpacks that I like the best I might end up looking elsewhere. /rant.

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. I saw the recall a long time ago on FB. Most of the comments from people that bought the collars said the customer service was great. I would not throw out a good company like Ruff Wear though. I can't think of another company that I would buy gear from for my three boxers. I too have the packs, and the jackets, and the quality cannot be beat. Good luck to you!
