my take on these movies shutter island and The Crazies!

We saw Alice yesterday... it was very cool! Definitely enjoyed it.

Would I pay to see it a 2nd time in the theater? Probably not

BUT

I'd STILL pay to go see Avatar again (already gone 3 times...)

Ok that is it!!!!!! I am going to go see Alice and soon! My daughter went and saw it also yesterday also, she came home and went "eh, it was ok. I liked the disney version better"! Oh well one of the kids gave it a great go see it review, one gave it an "eh! I am going and soon! Love Johnny Depp even as the mad hatter still love him hahahahaha!

I don't care what y'all thought, I thoroughly enjoyed Shutter Island! The music was ridiculous and they did give away the twist in the beginning (especially if you'd been forewarned they were going to do that), but I still really liked it. I also liked how it was suspenseful and made you think without being over-the-top scary or anything annoying like that. Leonardo DiCaprio does not disappoint!

I saw shutter island and Alice this week. I wasnt crazy about shutter island, I guess based on previews I expect it to be something else.

I did like Alice quite a bit, though I wish they developed the story a bit more, but I guess they have to stay (mostly) true to the book.

Someone I know just saw Alice and said it was awful and he fell asleep halfway through it...
