    Default Moving is so stressful!!!

    A little rant.....

Just found out 2 good friends of mine will be moving close to the area that I'm currently living in for school. We found a bunch of very nice places however they're 8 minutes from my boyfriend and my friends boyfriends campus but 30 minutes away from mine. The only thing is, this area is very nice and very pet friendly whereas the area I live in is neither. Both my friends boyfriend and my boyfriend have vehicles and there is a bus that goes straight from campus to campus every hour so there are ways to commute to school but currently school is only a 4 minute walk. I'm trying to weigh out the pros and cons right now because it's either move in with them or move back home and go to a school closer to my home BUT the deadline to apply to that school is in 4 days. I sure am stressing right now. Either way I have to leave my current living situation as it is NOT pet friendly and I am planning on getting the new pup around Nov/ Dec.

ANOTHER factor is, my friends boyfriend applied to school tonight and will not know if he is accepted until April. My current landlord is pushing me to sign another lease NEXT WEEKEND!!! The chances of him being accepted are very high but it's still a chance and I'm SO nervous. My worst case scenario option is to apply to part time education at the college back home should all of this fall through. Moving/ school is just so darn stressful

that is WAY too much pressure....

move back home with your pets and apply to the school near home.

in a year, when you've had a chance to breathe, re think it.

I JUST applied to the college by my house 10 minutes ago! So I'll know if I can finish off there by next month. The good thing is, it's mostly online course material and its part time so I'll have enough time to breathe, finish off school and raise my future fur-baby in PEACE.

    I hate stress...

    This weekend I'm moving also.
Recent split from the other half and the closer the day gets... The more stress I'm under.

Just take time to yourself to sit, relax... Release the stress and only plan tomorrow!!
Only planning tomorrow was the biggest and most valuable advice my stepmom ever gave me... I tend to over think things.

I did read about your situation and I wish you all the best of luck during your move. Once my situation is settled though I feel like everything will start to look up and I hope you feel the same!

you're right, tho. moving sucks and the stress of a break up to go along with it. make sure you take an hour or so for you.

You are right... Once settled, we'll both start to see the positives and things will be ok :)

I know the feeling of non-pet friendly housing. Right now i am struggling with it as well.

My boyfriend lives with his friend at his friends mom's house. They are pushing him out the door, and have been since chirstmas. I live (an hour away from him) at my uncles house. All was well untill he moved in his gf and her 21yr old daughter and her 6,3 and 1yr old granddaughters. Now its a constant fight. I'm not allowed to do right by my pets (they have food issues and he wont allow me to feed raw) because of his gf. Also i work and go to school full time. From the time i walk out the door at 8am, Tucker is put in the kennel untill i get home around 10pm. They wont let him go out to potty, take toys out of his kennel and even his water! Annie has always been my uncles "away from home" baby so he wont let them get by mistreating her. But they dont care about Tucker. As much as possible i try to take them to my sisters while i go to school. After school pick them up and take them to my friends house while i go to work, but its a major hassle and takes alot of gas (my school is half hour away from my sister, my sister is 20 minutes away from my friend, and my friend is 20 minutes away from work).

My bf and I have been looking for a place to live between both of our jobs. No luck finding pet friendly homes. Recently we found a condo complex that allows two pets. The only problem is the price! We have been looking for three months and both places we live are trying their damndest to get us to leave. Its very stressful. But i can't wait to move so my babies dont have to go through this crap!

Good luck on your move! Once your situated, you will start to feel the peace and be able to concintrate! I can't wait! Its been almost four years of constant moving for me. and i'm ready to be done!
