    Default Simple Things ...Greatest Pleasure...

I was thinking how simple I am. Maybe I am a nut lol.
I love candles, books, love fleece blankets, slippers and bubble bath! My mom always gets me nice bubble bath and candles for birthdays and such.

How about you? What are simple things you enjoy?

I love pretty rocks. I pick them up everywhere I go. I love watering them and rediscovering their individual colors and beauty.

I love having my feet touched and my toes pulled LOL

I love the sound of the ocean, the burn of hot sand and burying your feet to reach the coolness.

I love unique dishes. None of my stuff matches because I just pick of cool looking ones everywhere. My newest favorite is a grey/blue mottled mug with a whale tail for a handle.

I love giving my Chihuahua kisses on the cheek. He has the cutest face and I love his annoyed look when I kiss him. Sometimes he's happy to be cuddled but sometimes he's like "lemme go mom! My friends are watching!"

I love hot, sunny days. Even when everyone else is wilting, I just feel totally well.

I love tea. Here in Canada there is a chain called DAVIDsTEA that has the most wonderful loose leaf teas.

I love spontaneous affection from my dogs, and Lila's silly "greeting ballet".

I love farmers' markets, and getting to meet the small-scale farmers who work hard to produce food. This weekend I got some ravioli made with all locally sourced ingredients and some locally grown beets.

Penny - that's a great picture of Molly! (the new one in your signature). My dogs love exploring through the mangroves.

Simple things... I love how in the morning (as soon as the boyfriend and I wake up) the dogs gently start crawling on the bed... One by one... Then the cats... Until it's one big furry lovey-dovey snuggle fest. My boyfriend says he feels like snow white waking up with animals all around him haha. It's a great way to start the day.

    - Laying on my bed with the warm sun shining through the window, reading a book (was doing this yesterday - bliss)
    - Chocolate
    - Cooking a new dish and it actually turns out nice
    - The opposite of one of Sprockets - having all matching items in a set, lol (be it dishes, movies, books, decorative items, etc)
    - Duke putting his head carefully on me/the bed/couch and looking up at me with puppy dog eyes
    - My cat eating her raw food

The city finally put in a crosswalk where I've been wanting one for over a year, now it makes my day every time I run there

I also love the smell of books and watching my dogs run.
