    A lot of people say you can take great photos with any camera "body", and that is the lenses you should pay more attention to. Before upgrading to a new camera, perhaps get some lenses (that would be compatible with whatever you want to upgrade to as well, in case you do upgrade), a new lens or two to play with may be all the upgrade you need

    Yeah, thats exactly what a professional photographer told me. Invest big time in the glass and as long as you stick with the same camera brand body, you should be able to keep using those same lenses for life.
    He's got a camera not that much different from mine, but he's got lenses worth thousands and thousands of dollars. His photo's are just awesome, he takes photo's for magazines and papers.

    Yup, best to invest in the glass over the actual camera body!
