So glad to hear No surgery needed YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now no more jumping of things heehee (that's the mom coming out in me haha)!!!!!!!!! Be careful!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is too funny walking around at midnight ,well you know what I mean ,not funny ,but funny! My one daughter when she was much younger use to sleep walk. But it can be pretty frightening! So stock up on those books, watch a lot of TV and do that puzzle, build that car, just stay laying around, with the leg up! Oh and an occasional candy bar always perks the spirits up! :)
I've seen a look in dogs' eyes, a quickly vanishing look of amazed contempt, and I am convinced that basically dogs think humans are nuts.
People may forget what you said, and people may forget what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel......

You are a lucky SOB! No surgery huh? Well, if there's any good news out of all of this, then thats it. Good on you, bet thats the best news you've had all day.
Oh, if I were you, I'd make sure I keep my clothes on when I went to bed!![]()

Aww I am so sorry, that sounds pretty painful. Accidents happen to the best of us. I am very glad that the men gave you a hand and got you safely and carefully down the trail. Rest up, heal well. :)
It was pretty awesome news!! I'm extremely excited about no surgery... even though my little midnight walk didn't mess me up like Re says.... Ibuprofen will be sufficient... a little pain never killed anybody
Wags i actually called rosetta stone and they are going to give me my key, and 3 cd's back for just the cost of shipping! i'll keep busy! well as long as i don't get too bored with just that one thing... but fortunately my gf has a pretty nifty 3 12's work schedule i don't get terribly lonely most of the week :P
Just an update! I'm just about completely healed back up... after more than 2 months of this I went for a walk with Tobi tonight!!!
He thoroughly enjoyed himself, we went about a mile which has me hurting but it's something that at this point just needs to be done, the doctor released me and I won't be going back so I just kinda have to rehabilitate my ankle. To get full range of motion back from the "sprain" part of the injury may take up to another month, but i won't be needing a boot or cast at all anymore!
On the negative side, i still won't be able to go on uneven terrain for at least another 2 months, it puts me at risk for re-spraining it, or possibly breaking it if i roll my ankle overso just some sidewalks for now!!
Thank you everybody for all the warm wishes and everything!!![]()
