    Does anyone know how to change a tail light on a '96 subaru legacy!!??? I've scoured the net and I am mechanically inclined but this is ridiculous. I'm going back out to try something else. thanks in advance. :) ok so i can't spell either lol

    Maybe look into a Subi forum and ask???

    Check the parking lot of your work place... maybe someone has the same vehicle than you do and have figured out how to do it

    Go to the auto parts store and ask them if they carry the replacement bulb and when they say yes ask him/her if they could help you put it in. Many times they're very willing to help with things like this...

    Thanks for the replies lol! I of course waited till the last moment to change the darn thing and then got frustrated with myself. After typing this I went back out to Fred, the car, and I figured it out on my own. I was a little flushed and ripped a nail but felt good that I figured it out myself. I really should learn not to procrastinate....:)
