Ok
So I cut back the amount that I was feeding:-) So this is better but Lab still has soft stools. Other dogs are firm.
Now my Golden has her allergies...every Aug/Sept we go thru this. Now she will not touch her food at all.
Should i try another food?
If so I need suggestions. something they all can go on.
Golden 13...coach potato
Lab mix 12...normal active
Lab 4......normal active
What is a GREAT quality food you like?
Thanks Everyone
The golden is getting to be a pretty old girl. I think I'd have a vet look at her. Trying another food is not the cure for this problem.

I agree with golden seeing the vet she is getting up there and there might be more going on. As for the loose stools I was having the same problem with my female GSD and a posted a thread called Kirkland Lamb, rice and vegetable and was very helpful her stools are much more solid now. Now that I have got that problem on its way to being solved........now I have to start crating at night because she had some many accidents in the house and mostly during the night she thinks it is ok to continue pooping during the night in the house...............the joys of dogs lol. Hope this will help
Not sure...still think she does not want the food...she will still not eat. But I just offered her her food...and no but offered a treat and yes.
So Lamb and rice kirkland is a good brand?
I agree with first getting your senior dog checked out at the vet. In the meantime, have you tried adding a little warm water to the kibble just before serving. Sometimes that brings out an aroma that entices the dog to eat.
As far as the soft stool: glad to hear cutting back on the amount helped the situation - even though not completely. Any formula with rice tends to help bulk up a dog's stool. Adding a big spoonful of rice to your dog's TOTW might improve things. Why don't you try these things first before switching to another brand.
See vet. Add 1/2 cup warm water to current kibble. Add a spoonful of well-cooked white rice to kibble.
