I dehydrate the liver and other things in my dehydrater and thank goodness that liver smells so bad stinks up the whole house! I wonder how he had such a regular face with that smell haha! My face even if the breeze comes in the house from the liver is frowny haha!I hate that smell and I wont do it in the house haha!
I've seen a look in dogs' eyes, a quickly vanishing look of amazed contempt, and I am convinced that basically dogs think humans are nuts.
People may forget what you said, and people may forget what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel......

haha, and i thought the freeze dried liver smelled bad, i could image what the dehydrated smells like
I made some other treats that were mostly liver and went through the food processor and they smelled very bad even before cooking. The whole house stunk once i cooked it. lol
I'm going to be getting some beef liver tomorrow to put in my dehydrator. Do you all have any other suggestions for treats that would be good dehydrated?
No other suggestions?
i am just taking an educated guess, what about sweet potato?
gotta love rotties
I thought that is wasn't good to include a lot of potatoes to a dog's diet?
depends on the type of potato, i find the sweet potato and russet potato are ok. have you tried dehydrating lamb lungs, or tripe?
gotta love rotties
I haven't tried those yet. I'm going to call a local butcher and see if they have beef livers/hearts, and lamb lungs/hearts. What exactly is tripe?
