Need good training treats

I missed the ending. I don't know why. But yea you did recommend it. I hand break mines before feeding it to her. Just break it apart a few times first.

I tried cutting them all up before but I notice they dry out fast if exposed to air. The next day the treats felt stale.

Yep, but with time you'll prepare just enough treats for a training session. Thats what we would do. If there are some left over, just keep them in a sealed baggie with a moist piece of paper towel...that should keep them from drying out.

I use cat kibbles! I don't mind using a bigger treat for Tess cause she has the metabolism of a racehorse. Bishop I break them in half because he gets fat easily.

cut up hot dog, bits of boiled meat, cheese, Bravo trail mix, purebites, ziwi peak....

If you're still planning on switching to raw though, don't over do the treats as they can potentially cause issues when you are just starting out. I'd use cooked or dehydrated bits of chicken in the beginning maybe.
