    Yep, but with time you'll prepare just enough treats for a training session. Thats what we would do. If there are some left over, just keep them in a sealed baggie with a moist piece of paper towel...that should keep them from drying out.

    I use cat kibbles! I don't mind using a bigger treat for Tess cause she has the metabolism of a racehorse. Bishop I break them in half because he gets fat easily.

    If you're still planning on switching to raw though, don't over do the treats as they can potentially cause issues when you are just starting out. I'd use cooked or dehydrated bits of chicken in the beginning maybe.
