Canidae Grain Free Salmon Meal dog food is a very high protein dog food. This is a very good brand of dog food for your active dogs. This includes competition dogs, hunting dogs and sporting dogs. If your dog is inactive this might not be the best choice of food for you due to the higher amounts of protein. Salmon Meal is the first ingredient is this formula of dog food. Its probably also the main supply of protein. The two main meat ingredients are Salmon Meal and Ocean Meal. Both of them are in the first five ingredients. This is going to be the bulk of your meat protein, in these two ingredients.

Potato and Potato protein take up the second and third ingredients. This is also going to be a big chunk of your protein .
