Artemis Maximal Dog Food Review
Artemis Maximal Dog Food is premium quality dog food formula. This formula of Artemis Dog Food is an entirely grainless recipe. Artemis Maximal Dog Food also has a very high protein content. This is great for active, working breed dogs. We recommend that you don’t feed Artemis Maximal Dog Food to puppies and inactive dogs due to the high protein levels.
Artemis Maximal Dog Food First Five Ingredients Analysis:
- Chicken Meal
- Potatoes
- Chicken Fat
- Chicken
- Natural Chicken Flavor
The first ingredient is a named meat ingredient. This is a major plus for dog food formulas. Dog’s need ample meat and protein in their deits. The second source of meat comes in the fourth ingredient in the form of “Chicken”. This ingredient is inclusive of its water content, meaning that once the water is removed making this a dry ingredient it will weigh considerably less, making it fall furthur in their ingredients list.
Potatoes is the second ingredient. Potatoes are a good source of carbohydrates and provide additional protein in the form of plant protein.
Since there is only 2 ingredients that are before the Chicken Fat ingredient, we can assume that the meat content is a sufficient amount.

I’ve fed my dog Kirkland wet food. My vet said it is okay, however fndeieg a different dry food such as Eukanuba or Iams. I feed the wet food mixed with dry as a supplement. There has been no negative effects, just making sure my dog doesn’t gain too much wait. Try it, your dog will like it.
